We loved staff and food - exceptional.
-
Large and great-sized room, fine breakfast. Customer-facing staff and altogether perfect 10/10 experience. Reasonably spacious suite and good bed. Private bathroom was modern. Early check-in, late check-out.
-
staff were very professional, so we liked our being there. large room with wi-fi.
The setting was awkward.

The breakfast was great, the hotel was nice and very clean. Within easy walking distance of 30th Street train station. All staff we met were helpful. Appreciated the comfy beds.
-
Very friendly staff and a perfect location. Plenty of good food for meals.
Nothing to be said!
-
Excellent staff and convenient location make it a great choice! Regards to your manager. We stayed here before now and would love to come back here some time.

The Concierge as well as the staff in the restaurant showed exceptional customer service. Very friendly, great attitudes, happy. Cookies and punch in the lobby every evening was also nice.
To pay to use the printer for my boarding pass in the business center.

The staff, especially the consierge, was terrific.
-
The staff was incompetent they blew my wake up call !!
-
The covered driveway entrance was closed off the days of our arrival and departure. This would not have been a problem had it not been raining heavily.

Comfort & Convenience: We just needed a nice place to spend one night, prior to catching an early flight home, following a family vacation.
-
It wasnt far from the Airport and that was what we needed

The rooms were very clean.
I called prior to booking my room to inform the hotel that I was coming from out of town and would be getting in very late (after midnight) and would that be a problem. I was assured that it would not be a problem and was told when booking, to leave a note in the comment section as well regarding my extra late arrival. I booked a King Size bed (smoking). When I arrived, I was told that they had just started an audit and I couldn't be checked in yet and that it would be about 20-30 minutes. Not such a big deal although we had just driven 4 hours and were extremely tired. Once the audit was over, we were checked in and asked to sign a receipt for $159. I asked was that per night because our room was $109 per night. The lady at the front desk said that it was for the 2 nights because we had arrived so late (4 am Saturday morning). That was great! We got to our room and noticed that it was a non-smoking with 2 beds. I called down to the front desk and advised them that I had a copy of my reservation and I had booked a King Sized Bed (smoking). I was informed that there were only 6 non smoking rooms and they were at a first come first serve basis. I explained to the front desk that this is something that should have been told to us prior to. Why were we able to book a smoking room if it was not going to be available. She apologized and stated that someone should have told us and for our inconvenience we would receive a complimentary breakfast. I asked her would a smoking room be available the next day since we weren't checking out until Sunday. She told me possibly. Moving on......The following day we went to an event that lasted the entire day and evening. When we returned there were no parking spaces....NONE.....People were making their own parking spaces. This was quite disturbing to say the least. After being out all day and all night, we now have to ride around and find a parking space.

It was close to the venue we were attending.
We reserved a room with a queen sized bed, with a check in time of 3:30. By 4:30 we were still not able to get into our room. After complaining that this was not acceptable to us because we needed to get ready for the event we came into town for, we were told there was a comparable room available, but that it was a little smaller. I specifically said to the person at the front desk, "Does it have a queen size bed?" And he said, "yes." Well, it didn'T. It had a trundle bed, which isn't even as big as a double bed, it sat on the floor and the mattress pushed us both to the center of the bed all night! And we were charged the same price as we were promised for a queen room on Booked.net! After complaining twice to a manager we were comped a buffet breakfast and a bottle of wine. Totally not worth it. Worse hotel experience I've ever had!

It was clean and comfortable, as Hiltons usually are. It was a great location because I had to pick my husband up at the airport and we were spending the next day in Philadelphia.
We got to the hotel lobby at 12:15am. There were 4 people behind the front desk but only one of them was checking people in. There was a line of approximately 15 people waiting and it took over 20 minutes to get checked in. That is unsatisfactory.
